  • PRACTICE MINDFULNESS

  • HAVE A TECHNOLOGY-FREE TIMEOUT

  • TAKE DEEP BREATHS

  • SHOW GRATITUDE

  • TAKE WALKS (EVEN IF IT’S A FEW MINUTES!)

  • SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND/OR FRIENDS

  • TALK TO A TRUSTED SUPPORT GROUP FOR GOOD TIMES AND BAD

  • TRY DECAFFEINATED DRINKS AND PICK A FAVOURITE

  • PAMPER OR TREAT YOURSELF AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK (IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE EXPENSIVE!)

  • CREATE A VISION BOARD

  • TAKE SOLO TIME FOR YOURSELF WHETHER IT BE SEEING A MOVIE, GOING TO THE MARKET, WALKING

  • GOING FOR A DRIVE... YOU GET THE DRIFT
